Omar Alturki is a visionary CTO and tech leader with a strong track record in driving innovation, product development, and strategic growth across startups and established tech companies. With experience spanning e-commerce, mobile applications, and enterprise solutions, he has led high-performing teams, closed investment rounds, and deployed large-scale technologies in both the public and private sectors. As a startup founder and technical consultant, Omar blends deep technical expertise with business acumen to create impactful, scalable solutions.

Over 25 years of experience in Sales Leadership, Business Development, and Entrepreneurship across startups and multinational tech companies, driving high-growth outcomes in both people and product performance. Currently leading Australia’s top migrant-led startup angel investment syndicate and pre-accelerator at Mentor Angel Australia, and serving as Chief Revenue Officer at SalesAi.au, Australia’s first AI-powered platform for sales and marketing.

I’m the founder of Flow Ventures, an indie venture builder based in Saudi Arabia, and a partner at CyberME Studios. For over 15 years, I’ve been navigating the intersections of design, strategy, startups, and human behavior. I've been driven by a mission "to craft digital experiences that actually touch people’s lives".

My journey began in the service industry, working with some of the largest enterprise and public sector clients in Saudi Arabia. I wore many hats — from digital strategist and UX principal to business developer, digital marketer, project manager, and talent acquisition and building. These roles helped shape my understanding of scale, systems, and what it takes to create meaningful digital impact.

I've shifted from big systems to early-stage ventures in the second half of my career. I found my spark in supporting startup founders — especially at the pre-seed and seed stages — as they figure out how to turn raw ideas into lean, working products. I’m deeply passionate about mentoring, bootstrapping, customer experience design, and gamification (the real kind — not the points-and-badges flavor, but the kind that builds actual engagement).

Between 2016 and 2018, I ran an internship program that graduated 30+ interns, many of whom went on to launch startups or contribute to major public digital initiatives. That chapter is still one of the most rewarding in my career.

Mohamed Sayed joined Algebra Ventures in 2023 as Head of Finance, bringing over a decade of experience across corporate and startup environments. He previously spent eight years at Contact Financial Holding, followed by finance leadership roles at MQR and Robusta Studio Group.

Mohamed specializes in financial modeling, valuation, and investment readiness. He actively mentors startups through various incubators and accelerator programs. He holds certifications in IFRS, FMVA, FPWMP, and Business Valuation (ACCA), along with executive education from AUC and Duke University. He is currently completing his MBA with a focus on Investment Management.
